Prices
The villa charge is from £250 to £450 per week. Depending on the time of year, there may be discounts for two weeks or longer periods. Please contact us for further details. We can now also take payment in Euros or US dollar.

Payments
Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable booking deposit of £150 per week.
The balance and a £100 security deposit are due 4 weeks prior to departure.
Availability
The villa is available to hire all year round. The current availability is shown below.
Terms and Conditions
1. No smoking in the villa
2. The contact name and signatory on the booking form must be over 18 years of age and is responsible for the party occupying the villa.
3. Prior to renting the Villa all passport details for all guests are required.
3. The villa is let for holiday purposes only and must be vacated at the agreed time and date.
4. The number of people occupying the villa must not exceed the number specified on the booking form.
5. Booking deposits are not refundable and if the full cost is not paid by 4 weeks before the booking commences the owner reserves the right to resell the holiday.
6. The villa must be left in clean and tidy condition – failure to do so will result in a reduced refund of the breakage deposit.
7. Broken items and damage (other than normal wear and tear) must be paid for.
8. The cost of electricity and mains water is included in the price.
9. There is no public liability insurance / law in Turkey ; therefore it is recommended that visitors take out holiday insurance. The owners take no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or for personal injury to persons using Villa Yılmaz.
10. If for some reason the villa becomes unsuitable for letting, all monies paid for the rental of the villa will be refunded in full and no further claims (e.g. cost of flights/ car hire, etc) will be acknowledged by the owner.
11. Please do not use scourers or chemicals on the marble worktop or sink – warm water is sufficient.
12. Linen and towels are provided for use in the villa only. Please do not use indoor towels at the pool or beach.
